DJI 3 Standard

Just wondering if anyone knows a way to downgrade the dji 3 standard controller ? Its just since ive updated to the latest 1.6.80 firmware, i am unable to fly more than 40 meters away which RTH kicking in :-( I have downgraded the copter to 1.5.70+ but this does not solve the problem.... so i thought if there was a way to downgrade the controller as well, maybe this may fix the problem ??? Let me know your thoughts people!!!
