I was looking to find information on how to make a LHCP helical 2.4Ghz antenna for the WiFi repeater of the P2V. I found some information, but nothing really helping me.
Has any one made one? Do you have a template/plan that you used?
I have seen that the spacing between the first turn and the plate is important, is that still true when using a RP-SMA or SMA connector?
I could find the information on how to solder the RP-SMA or SMA to the copper wire.
I want to make this antenna portable, so 4-5 turns would be great.
Any template or information would be excellent.
