Does anyone know of a GOOD beginners guide to understanding digital video. Can be in book or DVD form or ? I wish to get the most out of the video capability of my P2V+ I like to have some knowledge before I blindly go experimenting with the settings.

Thanks for the offer. It's nothing specific it's just that I like to get as much knowledge about a new hobby as I can ie. I want to do my home work and I was hoping to find a lot of what I need to get started, in one location.
