I've seen a couple of threads where people have both endorsed or condemned firmware v3.12

The bad I have heard - hard to calibrate compass and possible limited range?

The good I've heard is - feels like it flys a bit smoother... to compass is more accurate etc.

As Hamlet would ask "to upgrade or not to upgrade? That is the question"

    Thoughts?

Once you decide to upgrade and don't like it there's no going back.

Given the potentially 'random' nature of DJI quads, you'd be mad to upgrade if your quad is behaving itself. I'm staying on v3.08

I guess a lot of variables have to be looked at with this because before when it first came out and ya could switch back and forth with them I did to see what the difference was . I found none . I don't live near any airports or DC so maybe that's why . I don't know .
I have not had any compass calibration proplem's I have seen in here and mine fly's just as it did with 3.08 .
