Hi, About a year ago I pre-ordered a Lily for $500 which was promised in November of 2015. I mainly ordered it because it was waterproof and looked like a good solution for water sports activity. Since then, the company has delayed and postponed delivery of their selfie drone. Now my Phantom 3 Pro can do everything the Lily once promised, using the Autopilot program, except rise out of a lake after a crash. Does anyone know if this drone will ever arrive or if there is any class action against them - or even if they are refunding customers for whom they have failed to deliver a product? I'm happy with my Phantom using Autopilot and as soon as they come out with the waterproof "sport" model, Lily is really obsolete. Thoughts? Anyone got a refund yet?
