Thanks for your help in keeping a better perspective on drone pilots.
"Over a dozen instances"? Have there been that many in California alone?
I wish they would mention some of the good things drones have done in a few rescue operations and even fire operations.

Thats the hard thing, I mentioned so many things but it didnt get aired. And with all the wildfires in CA, people are taking drones over the fires, its bad

Flight plan, it needs to include the authorities you will interact with during a flight. It is not Rocket Science. Do it, the possibility of getting turned down and the flight ditched are good at best. The fact you worked with the good guys and documented what was going on is why we do what we do. JMHO
