sorry bout that... looks like the account creation process doesn't keep track of which category you are in when creating from a post screen...
In sort: after creating my account it brought me back to my post form, which didn't retain which form and put me my post here for some reason.

You should be able to see an X in the top right of any of the posts you create. That's the delete button.
