P3P is just a bit more camera. Resale of the P3P will be bit more. I haven't seen the 699 P3P available via internet yet, in store but out of stock.

From what I read it is. If they would have had the P3P @ $699 when I ordered mine I would have gotten it.

Spend the extra $100 if you have it, the faster charger, 4k camera and enhanced Light Bridge is definitely worth the extra $$$ IMHO.

There was reports of Microcenter having the sale but not for internet sale only in store and "supply limited"

Good luck with them. I called and asked if they had the P3A and the cost. After about 2 minutes on hold I was told yes I have the Phantom 4 for 1299. I asked what about the P3A and he said Yea the 4 I have it. I just thanked him and hung up. Didn't feel like driving an hour to verify myself but don't forget you'll have to pay sales tax in store.

After tax and everything it's $185 MORE for the pro over the advanced - is it worth it?

I have a P4 but I think I am going to return it and hold off until the price drops more, or might get the Typhoon H with real sense (or even wait for the P5).
