i received the phantom 2 vision as a christmas present.

all conectors are right and everything. the drone powers up but the gimbal does not, it does not even show the led light so there is no power.
any suggestions? i have seen people reseting them by using scissors to tuch two points of the plate but i cannt do that because i have no power at all.
please HELPPP

Check and make sure that the gimbal is turned on in the pc software(it can be turned off)

If it's enabled I would conteact the seller and get it replaced as it could be defective

Hoe can i do that? The computer i already downloaded the software phantom assistant but when i plugg in the drone it does not recognize it. The conputer runs on windows 7
