    Yes.
The inverter is capable of [delivering] 300 watts and the charger draws [only] 100 watts.
Excellent margin to spec. or safety margin.

Yes I have a very similar one and it's fine with the slightly more powerful P3P charger.
The USB outlets can be useful too.
The only thing to note is that style of cigarette lighter socket outlet in your car is possibly rated at 150w max.
You'll still be OK with the charger but adding too much more on outlet #2 might not be a good idea, even if not above the stated 300w.
Anything much larger will usually have clips to attach direct to the battery or a more substantial permanent connection with heavier cable.

I don't know how good it is, but I just saw this deal at B&H:
WAGAN 2395-5 Smart AC Flight 150W USB+ Inverter
    WAGAN 2395-5 Smart AC Flight 150W USB+ Inverter 2395-5 B&H Photo

Right now its $15 with free shipping (US). I just ordered one as a backup to what I currently have. If nothing worse, I can put it in the O/Ls car.

I'd suggest that one at 150w peak is only just large enough but worth trying.

Hey, its only $15 :) If it don't work, its not like I had to take out financing for it. I can just stick it in the O/L car so she's got one for the kids chargers and such int he back seat so its a zero loss to try.
