Now that the leaves (and ticks!) are gone, I would like to do some AP work at the nuke plant ruins in Dawson Forest. I live 6 or 7 miles away and go there often to hike, explore, and pan for gold. They outlawed recreational gold panning recently, so that's no longer available.

During the week of December 9th. 2013 thru December 15th, I am off from work and will be doing some flying over the hot cell building, reactor site, and the Etowah river if the access roads to the river are open.

The exact date will depend on the weather. This is fairly remote in terms of RF interference from wifi and cell towers. If we turn off our phone's wifi, the airspace should be very clean.

Who's up for some aerial photography and Cold War history?

Judging my the history of the place, his delay in responding is probable because he was cooked from the inside out.
