Professional Damaged controller

    Just received my P3 pro as a gift. the home button on the controller is loose in the frame. it works but is not anchored to the case. Any suggestions?

    The controller is sealed. May have to send it back to dji

    Don't give advice if you don't know what you're talking about. Controller is not sealed. You can definitely open it up and see if something is loose.

    You can open the controller and fix it, but it will void the warranty.

    Check out this thread. The screw posts are probably cracked. It looks like it can be fixed with some glue and/or longer screws. DJI will replace it or fix it too though if you send it back.

    You may also want to contact the company that sold the Phantom as they might exchange it. Might be easier/better the involving DJI directly.
