D2 controllers messed up-directions swapped

Hey guys,
My dji phantom 2 is completely fine. The problem is the controller...I think.
I couldn't start the motor today by doing the basic throttle to bottom corners. So I went home and connected my phantom to the software. Everythingg seems fine.

So this is what I know. The commands that the phantom seems to be getting is completely reversed. Like going up becomes down. Left to right and right to left. Just everything is swapped!!

What can I do? To calibrate or reset the RC. Thanks in advance. I'm a noob

Goto Asst Software -> basic -> RC and to the right of each stick (calibration window) check each box to normal from REVerse
