    I crashed my 1st DJ P3S and sent off from the UK to DJI Europe, see what would cost to get repaired they finally came back with cost of 892 Euro that works out to £700. It's cheap to buy a New! Terrible customer service, you better off not sending it, as it save you postal.

    Geez, and you've got to love that "DJI care deduction -0.00"

    They're really quite remorseless, sorry for your loss mate.

    sorry 4 your loss, If a gimbal/camera unit is damaged, there is no repair , only exchange and that is with 350 for a P3S the same as a total. It is more economic to buy for 599 euro a new one and have an extra battery, controller etc.
    DJI offers now a 1 year care insurance what might have payed for your loss.
    since the DJI Care was not applicable in your case that is the reason the amount is =0
