So I've seen loads of videos on here, with people asking. "Which editing software do you use".

For me, I use Final Cut Pro X, but thats £200 software on a Mac and not everyone has a Mac.
But lots of people have a iPad, and 1 bit of software you get free is iMovie.

You can buy a device which plugs into your iPad and lets you put your SD card into and import all your GoPro footage. Once imported you can edit the files.

I'm posting this, i guess to inspire others to create some masterpiece

So below is the iPad with the SD card reader.

Here is the iMove edit... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZeh4qjeudg

And here is FCPX edit with the same footage... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QUkYSN9m9x0

It's certainly a great way for the novice user to do some basic editing which is usually good enough. But i actually suggested the same thing to a novice user and he asked me to help him with it and i used it and my impression was basic editing is just that basic editing.....if your doing basic editing you may as well use iMovie on your mac if the price is an issue otherwise buy FCP.

You can do basic stuff there as you can with Premiere but i know the cost. IDK i guess it depends on the user.
