Hey guys, Im a pretty tech savy guy, with a decent mechanical background so I figured instead of waiting 6 weeks for a turn around and a repair bill I would tackle this myself. I Have a list of things I need to do with a few questions to go with it.
1. Bent gimbal arm (Going to bend it back (derp)
2. shell cracked (Gonna lightly sand the edges and fill cracks)
3. No connectivity to controller.....
4. No video, It may be because of #3. Will find out as we go.
As for #3 this one confuses the hell out of me. The app on my phone shows it has no connectivity to the drone at all. But I am able to manually start and stop the motors as well as throttle up and down. Are there two seperate ports for connecting to the drone? I notice that there is 2 antenas after all. I am slowly going over every cable connecting to the gimbal and then later taking the shell off.
If anyone has any experience with this that would be greatly appreciated.
