    Hi,
So I was out flying my p3s earlier today,
Then all of a sudden at about 50ft,
I get an error message on my phone screen,
That the GPS signal has been lost,
Then I literally stood and watched the drone drop from the sky and hit the floor,
This is the second time that this has happened to me,
But this time the drone is smashed to pieces,
The gimbal holder is all smashed off and the camera arm is bent and twisted stuck,
I have retrieved the flight log from the drone,
Would DJI be able to help me with this or am I on my own with a drone that's useless ?
    Thanks [IMG]

Please upload your TXT flight log here and post a link back here.

Were all of the props attached when you found your Phantom?

    Yes everything was attached fine,
    I found it upside down,
    Props were attached etc...
The gimbal and camera took the worst of it and are totally ruined [IMG][IMG]

If you attach your DAT flight log here, someone (like @Luap) can review it to see what your motors were doing at that time.

I think you need to convert the files, there is a link #6 Log View Utility, which takes you to here.
    Maps Made Easy -
Once you do that, I think you post that, its been a few months since I messed with it.
