Crashed into a tree with my first battery! Fortunately, it only pulled my GoPro / video transmitter mount out without breaking any of the plastic or carbon fiber.

It looks like you were trying your darndest to come as close to the tree's and crash from the start. You will crash again, and again, you should have purchased a disposable QX 350 or something, post in another website but not here with those piloting desires...

Thanks and I agree that I'll very likely crash again! Perhaps even one that will require a new quad altogether.
