Crashed. Fixing ribbon cable. Which way it goes?

The gimbal cable got torn off the shaft connector. I will stuck the metal pins in the connector - but don't know the right position (which pin is 1; which goes where). Please, help.

The first wire on the ribbon cable closest to the front, goes in the no 1 hole in the plug, closest to the front.

I have the same problem. But for now I rigged up the ends and am flying. I ordered the DJI cable kit (Part 42). When it gets here I will attempt the repair.
