Hello fellow pilots, during flight if you realize that something goes wrong, for example phantom decided to fly on its own,or something else, which is the best reaction to avoid a crash?I personaly own a P2 v2 and so far everything works fine!

If the P2 flies off on it's own a crash is nearly always inevitable.. try switching to ATTI mode and recover.
Usually a "flyaway" is caused by a compass issue.. but people will argue this point until the cows come home.

If it's low to the ground over, soft ground do a CSC to power it off in flight... better to have a "controlled" crash than it hitting someone or someone's expensive property!

The steps that have been the best are: to recover: flip s1 switch to atti. Up throttle to get the quad to climb high so you have time to recover. Regain control flip S1 back to GPS mode and land. Seems smart and seems to work. If satellites are an issue then you can stay in atti mode and bring her in.
