Course lock/waypoint and POI at same time?

I realize there is no real way to do this but I want to fly on a course lock/waypoints and have a building(stationary object) be the point of interest. Right now I am trying and I keep getting bumpy video of me trying to control the direction of drone and the tilt of the camera. Is there a way to do a flyby of a building and have it locked onto the building the whole time?

Do Litchi or Autopilot do what I want? To do a flyby straight line and have it auto focus on a point of interest(in this case stationary buildings).

Also just to save a new post whats a good battery mod for the advanced?

I have found Airnest to be the best for that scenario.
