so while landing my phantom in wind i tried to descend too fast and ended up tipping my phantom over after that i took it up in the sky again and noticed a strange whistle coming from a motor it would come and go i also noticed excess vibration which was also noticeable in the video i shot later when examining the props and motors i noticed a crack inside the thread of one prop running from the middle to the end of the prop could this be the cause of the vibrations and whistles ?

It would be a fair bet to consider the damaged prop giving those sorts of issues. Have you changed it out with a new spare one and tested it? Probably consider the other three may have been damaged as well and change them while you are at it.

If your drone ended up upside down on the ground i would certainly replace props. Also inspect the mounting points for the motors to make sure the motors are snug and that the surrounding plastic isn't cracked
