I'm a volunteer for the Flying Heritage Collection so I was up at the Arlington Fly-in (at KAWO) to be the docent for our P-51D and came across Coptershop's booth. Needless to say, I ended up with yet another P3 battery. My dealings with them have all been in person rather than online since I live very close to them, but they have been nothing but positive.
