Oakwood, I have a few more questions for you:
1) How long did you attempt to charge your remote controller?
2) Is your remote controller brand new out of the box?
3) If it's not brand new, was it sitting unused for a long time?

It does nothing when I hit the power button quickly
Ok could you tell me where I can get a replacement. I googled it but I haven't found the right one
Press the on button, immediately release it and then immediately press it down again and hold it down for 3 seconds. This is in the user manual. Did you read it!? If that doesn't turn it on then the battery is probably dead. It doesn't mean you need a replacement battery! Put the charger on it for 6 hours and try again. Be patient and let it charge!
