Controller will not calibrate

Hey guys, when I try to calibrate my controller it won't register the left stick moving to the left, so when I launch the drone without calibration it just perpetually spins. Is there a way I can just completely reset the controller?

I called DJI and they said to try resetting my controller by holding down c1, c2 and the right wheel and power it on and off. But that did nothing. Any thoughts?

If it won't show the left stick moving to the left, it seems something is wrong with your controller. Sounds like warranty service to me. Otherwise, open it up and try to see what is going on with the left stick control.

I don't have a P4 but if you click on the little magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner and then type in the key words "P4 mod" you should find a thread that will give you a clue on how to open that boy up

Remove the screws that are holding it together, then open slowly.
