Controller takes long to connect

If there is another thread on this I'm sorry you can redirect me to it but I couldn't find one.

When I turn on my phantom and controller sometimes it takes no time to connect and sometimes it can take up to up minute. Any ideas?

Try pushing the left hand stick left or right it will bind straight away

Should work doing that if not re/bind controller to AC.
