Controller Balance with Monitor, How to Fix?

So I have the raveaerial monitor mount with Monitor. I would like to see some suggestions on how you guys/gals are getting the controller to balance better so that it is more neutral hanging off the controller hook.

Yes, I am I just want a more neutral balance with the controller and Monitor.

You may be interested in getting a transmitter tray. Or, maybe get another hook that can be moved a bit higher. One with a pad and eyelet. Preferably 3m adhesive.
