Continuous battery discharge vs start and stop and start

in other threads I have read, it has been stated that it is best to fly continuously to fullly discharge a battery. I fly commercially, and most of the jobs I have are not long continuous flights, but rather short flights that require relocation to multiple launch sites at a particular location. I might fly for 5 or 6 minutes to capture a specific requirement, and then shut down the aircraft and move to the next launch site. I take off using the same battery until it gets around 40%. I never fly very far out due to the types of sites I am at. I have 6 batteries, and I charge them all before each mission even though I may not use every one. I discharge for storage using a DJI hub. I am looking for suggestions of what to do, and what not to do to help keep my batteries performing properly in this type of scenario.

How much time you take to move to next location after each landing?
