What have you done to it since it last worked properly?

When did it work well last time? What were the updates made? Did you have any accident? We need to know the history to guide you.

If it is losing connection from day one, better exchange it.

wifi interference could overwhelm the reception of the signal. make sure you switch your wifi channel to auto.

If you have not modified RC, there is higher possibility of a loose connection in AC.

Antenna connections on AC start from landing gear and terminate on a board that sits behind VPS board.
