Connected to Mavic but not DJI Go4

I went through the menu process of connecting the Goggles to the Mavic and received confirmation the connection worked. The Goggles menu then said to take off Goggles and connect to a mobile device. The DJI Go4 app went to a screen in Chinese (the Goggles are in English mode) with a Next button at the bottom on the DJI Go4 app, the Goggles show Activating, but nothing ever happens.

Thoughts? Can anyone help with this?
