configuration file

I have not downloaded the configuration file yet. I have enabled IOC using the NAZA software. When do I need the configuration file ? I seem to understand that it is only needed when updating firmware. Can anyone set me straight ?

I also have no idea about this. Quite an important thing to only be vaguely referred to on the download page then never mentioned again.

I haven't downloaded it either. The info I received is that it was already configured. I turned on naza and have had zero problems.

That's the way I read it also. Only required after updating firmware. However since most of our FC-40's came with current firmware, we may never need the file. I have downloaded to archive though.
