concerns with anti-jello mount

ok so bought the anti-jello mount -- it attaches nicely to the phantom -- however, it has these plastic pieces that I assume take away the vibration and then attach to a second metal mount which attaches perfectly to the go pro mount. all seems secure...except I am putting all my faith in holding my gopro to the helicopter to these 4 tiny rubbery pieces that hold the mount together...anyone else have this mount? same issues? easy to put a leash to something incase this rubber part fails? seems like a silly thing to lose the gopro...here is the link to what I bought

Probably sensible to put two small zip ties through the diagonal ones but don't tighten fully.
Or fishing line would hold it.
