HI there,my problem is when fly and make some video and afterwards at home ,when I transfer the video to my pc,the vedeo is not clear when I vew it...its not a good fluidity ...why ???

Lacking any other information about your computer and its configuration I can only speculate that your hardware may not be up the the ability to convert 4k to your PC's resolution on the fly. Another possibility is that it may be the software you are using. I recommend giving VLC a try. Final option, try filming in 1080p. Are you transferring the video file to the PC or trying to play it off the SD card? If SD card, move it to your hard drive.

As MPPilot says, there is a lack of info.
For hardware side:
- Did you remove the plastic film in front of the camera lens?
- There is also a piece of white foam behind the camera for protection during transport, did you remove it ?
