Hi all

Could you please send me a few stats I need to edit and run a Gopro video without it starting and stopping buffering.
As gonna get one built.

Graphics card ?
Memory Ram ?
processor Etc

Any help would be grateful

Ok, well, if you're talking about just general editing - buffering/rendering is what you probably mean. Rendering has to happen. You can only make it go a little faster. I have been editing on a Macbook Pro with 10 gigs of ram, 2.0 ghz processor and i7, and it still takes a bit depending on how large the file is. The Macbook I use is 3 years old now, so you should be able to grab something similar for cheap or something new.

I would recommend:

8-12 GBs of RAM
2.4 GHz CPU or faster
Some higher end graphics cards (Geforce if using PC)
1x SSD, if you're interested in that

These things will give you blazing fast editing, but rendering is a part of editing.
Rendering is slightly more hidden if you use Final Cut Pro X.
