Personally I believe it's overdue. It's basically forcing everyone to to include their contact information on the aircraft. It's something we should already being doing anyways. I don't see it as a big deal. On the plus side you get a cool FAA # decal/sticker for your bird. How much more legit do you want your aircraft to be?! lol

I typically am not for more laws of any kind, but in this case I welcome anything that will help make people more responsible with these, and provides a means for accountability.
However ..... it will remain to be seen if it works as designed.

WRT: People not registering, and exercising that American rebel attitude that the girls all love ...... I would certainly not want to be the first they use to make examples of.
