Hi. I'm sure this is somewhere in the forum but I can't find it...

Can anyone tell me what the compass raw values should be (or the lower and upper ranges for x y z and mod?

It used to be available on a you tube video but it has been deleted.

Thanks for your help

WW

When you hook up to the P2 Assistant there's a 'bubble' with a "?" in the 'Tools" section.
If you hover over it it will display the nominal values for that and all the IMU data..

Compass values will vary somewhat: X127 Y-356 Z360 MOD1390 So if you have a mod above say 1600 the compass may be magnetized so watch this video.

If you think about it that info isn't of much use unless you a speaker magnet right under you table. And how many take their computers with them in the field?

Thank's guys that's the video that I was looking for.
N017RW -That's a great tip.

Copy the URL and save it as you never know when you or someone else may need it as it's hard to find
