Professional Communication problems

    Recently purchased P3 advanced, got it ready to fly (calibrated) and the bird won't communitcate with phone to let it fly. DJI Pilot app status bar says " disconnected". I can move the gimbal with contoller but can't arm the motors and no picture from camera. It's no fun having it sit here on my desk and nothing but flashing lights!! Any suggestions besides an expensive paper weight

    you have to activate the drone first
