I’m just confused about commercial drone use in Canada. I know you have to follow the regular regulations but what is different about flying commercially? I know in the states you need 107. Thanks

Before the new regulations came out in March or April, whenever it was, the wording was that drones used for commercial use were called UAVs. Can't find it now in the recreational regulations.

Probably need a SFOC (Getting permission to fly your drone - Transport Canada) from Transport Canada.
I haven't looked into it but it almost seems like you need to get a SFOC for each flight.? Don't know for sure.
