Cold weather flying below 32

So far we have had an extremely warm winter and the coldest I have flown my P2v+ in is +11F with a 10-12mph NW wind which felt a lot colder. Flown close to 30 times in temps below 32 with the only concerns being icing and cold fingers. Using an ipad requires heat from finger to make selections which rules out gloves. Did get really severe icing on the props and arms at about 600 feet altitude in ice fog I take the unit from a +70F house directly outdoors and the battery loss is neglible. Your fingers will give out before the battery. Flew a F550 last winter with a naza in -7F temps with at least 50 flights below 32F.

Good point regarding the touch screens.
