CL doesn't work

Hi Guys,
New to this forum, and quite new to the phantom.
I've got a problem, CL won't work for me.
I have turned IOC on in the settings, and tried the advanced calibrate. But it won't work, I've read that a factory reset might fix it, but my question is, how to do this and do you guys maybe have another solution?

I have it in GPS mode, waited for green lights (all 3 flashes) turned CL on but its not flying forward if i turn it 90 or 180 degrees etc. etc.

If I remember correctly, the qaud has to be at leat 30 feet away from you for it to function.

As i have understood it, thats only for HL?
Do you maybe know, how to factory reset everything in the phantom?
