Chuwi hi8 or Teclast x98 air iii

Hello, i want to buy a cheap tablet for my p3a and i am between the Chuwi hi8 and the teclast x98 air iii. Which one do you think is the best for the p3a? I am using Litchi as main app

or a used Nexus 7. They will be much more reliable than either of those cheapo tablets!

Does the insignia have a GPS chip?

that I don't no a few weeks ago it was 99 dollars on sale but bestbuy had it in a bundle pack with phantom 3 pro so we knew it worked but now its 149
