Charging Question

I have a Phantom 1. BC20-4 Balance Charger. Settings liPo and 3A. When I connect the phantom battery for charging, the 3S. Light only flashes and the battery doesn't seem to charge. Any suggestion?

Use a volt meter and check the voltage. Then post up what you find. It may be that the battery voltage is to low

It looks like your pack is almost full and the flashing red led indicating that the charger is balancing the pack. Nothing wrong.
Use the pack and try again.

If the flash colors are green and red it means its almost charge just wait 20 minutes or less and it will be green, but when the red light is still it means its not charged and you need to wait at least 1 hour before red and green flashing.
