So I'm not sure what's going on with my charger. It's either not charging my batteries all of the way or I had 4 batteries that went bad, all on the same day. It just never seems to indicate that the batteries are fully charged. See the link below to watch a video. This battery has been on the charger for about 4 hours. Any help would be appreciated.
