Any RC guys use their Balance chargers to charge their batteries? Or would the DJI internal electronics interfere?

Would be impossible from the external terminals. You need access to the internal cell taps to use an external balance charger in the traditional manner. You may also need to isolate the balance leads from the bleed resistors and associated electronics on the battery PCB.

^^^ Pretty much what he said. I just posted the below on RC Groups, so forgive the paste:

[...] the batteries contain their own charge controller. This way they're able to keep stats on each of the cells over the life of the pack, and use factory algorithms for maintaining balance and maximizing life. When you plug an intelligent flight pack into a charger, all you're really doing is giving the internal controller a power supply to do its job.

In light of that, an external controller will likely cause problems and gain nothing. These are made for people to use without any knowledge of LiPo cycling....so you may have to just sit back and enjoy the hands off approach

So the upcoming Advanced charger just feeds power to the battery with the highest charge first, and that battery takes care of its own internal balancing?

I'm assuming you're referring to the battery charging hub. If so, yes, that's how it works.

The battery takes care of charge rate and balancing. The charger just supplies DC at a couple of volts above the maximum battery terminal voltage (the regulator in the charging circuit needs a couple of volts headroom to work properly).
