That should not cause an issue if the firmware on the memory card matches the firmware on the Phantom. DJI even recommends keeping the current firmware on your memory card -- to allow batteries to be updated as needed.
Was the firmware on your memory card newer/older than what was currently installed on your Phantom?
You guys are correct, I forgot about that. I think I downloaded the developer firmware for SDK a week or so ago and forgot I had it on that card. Now it makes sense. Seems to fly fine with the firmware. How do I find the version number? I deleted the file from the sd card.
