I need a car charger for my P3P. Anyone know which is the best?
This charger has good reviews on Amazon.
Thank you. I'll check it out.
On eBay the same charger is half the money with free shipping worldwide.
New 12V Smart Automatic Car Charger Charging for DJI Phantom 3 International
I use a DC to AC inverter then plug the charger shipped with the P3P. Works great.
True, if you don't mind waiting a month or more to get it.
"Estimated between Wed. Feb. 3 and Wed. Mar. 16"
You can get it on Amazon for that same price too. Many people are selling the same charger.
Zactly! msinger I hope you're on staff!

For $15 it's worth a shot. I might grab one just to have on hand... just in case
You buying two or what??
Well, they are a bit different. Check out the connectors.
Hmmm I'm thinking they posted the wrong picture as it says for the Phantom 3 Pro?????
Ah here you go:
Not sure. All Phantom 3 models use the same batteries and chargers.
I'm not sure..here's a link. By the way I really appreciate your help on this forum!

It appears to be the same charger with a different connector. Both will fit the Phantom 3 battery. I'm assuming it'll work just the same (even though nobody has reviewed it).
Amazon.com : BESTEK [Upgraded Version] 200W Power Inverter 3 AC Outlets with 4 USB Charging Ports (4.2A Max) DC Adapter for Smartphones and Tablets : Vehicle Power Inverters : Car Electronics
I just use one of these. Works flawlessly.
LOL no I just meant buy one to have on hand as a backup for my "road charging system". I have an inverter that connects to my car battery but it has to connect under the hood where this one would just use the 12V lighter port inside the car.
That's pretty cool and I guess you could charge everything with it. Does it put much drain on your battery, do you need to run the engine?
Right I get it, sometimes I write too quickly and think later. Well maybe more than sometimes....
