Cant update TX, computer do not Detect the rc

hi can some ona help me, y have the rc assistence software, i open the tx, put the usb cable, conect to the pc, put it on and i dont get green lights, just sound like when you connect anything usb to your computer but do not detect it. some ideas

and i afraid that i update everything else,i will have some issues if a cant update the rc.

Have you installed the DJI Phantom driver on your computer?

yeap i think it was a driver install problems i install them again and works i update the tx with no problems now thanks
