Battery error after firmware update, battery center 2 bars have been up for more that 12 hours and can't turn it off, anyone knows what it means when the center 2 bars are fully light?

Try to press button for 5 seconds and leave it for an hour.

Do you have a safe way to discharge say by 20%?

Yes I tried, when I place it in the drone it said battery error and I could not turn it off! All the drone lights were constant red and it was making a constant screeching sound.

Is it getting hot? Keep it at a safe place.

I had once similar issue but got solved in an hour or so. Its a glitch created by some bad charger.

I tried 10 seconds earlier, ok I'll try 15 sec

Also tried charging it for 5 secs

Nope it does not work, I hold it for more than 15 sec. Still the same. I'm in Malaysia.

Hate to tell you, but I had a similar problem. Tried everything! Week later had to send it in to DJI. Took about a month and a half to get it back.

Thanks alarce! At least i found someone who experienced the same situation, did you send it off with the lights still on? Mine has been on for more than 48 hours !!!
