Can't synchronize flight record

I was using a nexus 7 (2013) and switched to an iPad Air 2. I synced my flights up to the cloud from the Nexus and it says 26 flights.

But when I try synchronizing down from cloud to my new ipad it only shows 8 records despite saying "Total flights 26" and stops syncing around 40-50%.
Same problem on iPhone 6.
Any suggestions?

Clear them off the ipad and try syncing again.

Is there a way to Save the flight logs to my computer to view anytime- connected or not?
Or just for archive in case I can't see them when logged into DJI anymore?
It does looking there's a time limit on logs. Is it 6 months?
