Can't send PMs - they just stay in the Outbox

Has anyone else had this issue? I'm trying to reply to a PM, it says 'Sent', but it's showing up in my Outbox and nothing in my Sent folder. I've tried replying twice, with the same result and then just tried writing a PM from scratch, and it too is sitting in my Outbox. And I don't see an option to send them from the Outbox.

Just to note, I've previously sent a PM without any issue. It's currently showing in my Sent folder.

PM's will sit in the outbox until read, then they go into the sent folder. Odd, I know.
